  • All items must be shipped pre-paid with a copy of the return merchandise form (above) enclosed.
  • There are no refunds on sale items. You will receive website credit or an exchange if returned within 30 days
  • Full priced items can be exchanged for returned for a full refund within 30 days of receiving the item.
  • All clearance and wholesale items are FINAL SALE. No refunds, website credits or exchanges will be offered.

What if there is a factory defect? We guarantee our  footwear against manufacturing defects for 30 days. While we pride ourselves on the quality of the design and the production of our shoes, mistakes at the factory my occur. Footwear returns must be pre-approved either by emailing us at returns@dibashoes.com or by calling (314)209-0150. We are open Monday-Thursday 8am-4:30 pm. Saturday from 11am-4pm
