- Shipping is FREE on all orders.
- Your order will be shipped same-day if placed before 2pm CST, assuming your payment processes successfully. Holidays and weekends excluded.
- Orders are shipped WEEKDAYS only. Weekend orders will be shipped the following Monday. Holidays excluded.
- Expect to receive your order in 1-3 weekdays after shipment.

- Returned or exchanged items MUST BE UNWORN, CLEAN AND IN NEW CONDITION.
- All items must be shipped pre-paid with a copy of the RETURN MERCHANDISE FORM enclosed.
- Full Price Items can be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 30 days of receiving the item.
- There are no refunds on sale items. You will receive website credit or an exchange if returned within 30 days.
- All clearance and wholesale items are FINAL SALE. This means no refunds, no website credit or exchanges.

Where can I send my Returns?
It is very important to follow all instructions listed above prior to shipping items back to us. All returns must be accompanied by the RETURN MERCHANDISE FORM. Please ship all to:

What if it just doesn't fit?
If the item(s) purchased on our website doesn't fit, you may return your unworn footwear within 30 days of the original date you received the item. This excludes clearance items. There is no additional charge for an exchange. Please follow the instructions above and fill out the RETURN MERCHANDISE FORM.
What if there is a factory defect?
We guarantee our footwear against manufacturing defects for 30 days. While we pride ourselves on the quality in design and production of our shoes, mistakes at the factory may occur. Footwear returns must be pre-approved either by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling (314) 209-0150. We are open Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm CST.
Can I get a refund, if I bought the shoes at another store or website?
You can only get a REFUND from the merchant where you bought your shoes. If you think you have a ‘factory defect’, please return the shoes to the merchant and let them know . They will handle the issue with Diba True Shoes directly. If you attempted to get a REFUND, but were unable, and your shoes are unworn, please send us an email email@example.com explaining what happened and we can help you.
Who should I contact about replacement shoe laces?
If a shoelace breaks on a pair of shoes you bought from us, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture. Restrictions apply.

You may purchase or try on Diba True Shoes at Diba Shoe Outlet in Earth City. Diba sits at the intersection of HWY 70 and Earth City Expressway.
